Andrew Muratore

Andrew Muratore serves as VP & Assistant General Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions and Chief Counsel for Pfizer Ventures at Pfizer, a position held since June 2008. In this role, Andrew collaborates with business leaders and the business development team to implement strategies involving mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments, providing counsel on acquisition strategies and transaction structures. Prior experience includes serving as Special Counsel at Covington & Burling LLP from September 2001 to May 2008, and as an Associate at Salans from August 2000 to September 2001. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Colgate University.
