Andrew S. has extensive experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Finance Manager at Pfizer since March 2014. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Alcatel-Lucent from July 2005 to March 2014, including Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions, where achievements comprised leading over 15 projects valued at more than $760M, executing comprehensive acquisition and divestment processes, and managing a corporate venture capital fund. Andrew’s earlier positions encompassed roles in financial planning and analysis, as well as direct involvement in M&A valuation and strategy development. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Finance from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Boston University.
