Andy Castillo is an experienced leader currently serving as the Director Digital Site Lead at Pfizer, where they manage the application portfolio and oversee technology integration for one of the largest production sites. Previously, they held the role of Sr Infrastructure Manager at Pfizer, contributing significantly to the transition of Hospira’s manufacturing facility. With a background as the Director of Information Systems at North Carolina Wesleyan College, they effectively managed a diverse team and extensive budget while supporting various Information Technology functions. Andy holds a BS in Computer Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Network Technology at East Carolina University.
