Andy Moore is an experienced professional in quality operations and validation management, currently serving as Sr. Manager Quality Operations at Pfizer since 2015, overseeing a validation team of 19 employees and 35 contractors at the Rocky Mount, NC facility. With a strong track record in validation leadership, Andy has previously held positions such as Interim Validation Director managing a robust staff across multiple validation disciplines. Prior experience includes site validation management at Hospira, where responsibility encompassed the overall validation program for a terminally sterilized products manufacturing facility, and progressive leadership roles at DSM, focusing on commercial services and establishing new validation groups. Andy's career began with various validation roles at different firms, building a solid foundation in the field following an education at North Carolina State University.
