Andy Seiser has a robust background in engineering and management, with significant experience spanning over two decades in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Manager / TL Drug Product Maintenance at Pfizer since 2017, Andy previously held various leadership roles at Special-Lite, Inc. from 1999 to 2017, including Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering. Earlier career roles include Manufacturing Supervisor and Industrial Engineer at Perrigo Company plc from 1997 to 1999, as well as a Production Engineer at Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. from 1996 to 1997. Andy earned a Master of Business Administration in Management and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University.
