Ann Somers

Ann Somers is currently the NPI Lead Upstream at MSD Biotech Dublin, where they have been a Senior Specialist in Validation since 2019. They previously held roles at Pfizer, including Validation Engineer from 1999 to 2002 and Verification Team Lead from 2015 to 2007. Ann also worked as a Process Development Engineer at Wyeth Medica from 2002 to 2005 and has experience as a Commissioning/Verification Engineer on a Drug Substance MPC Project. They are pursuing a degree in Industrial & Environmental Chemistry at the University of Essex and a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
