Arafa Kika is the Africa Cluster Head and NEAR CBM at Wyeth Nutrition, a division of Nestlé. They previously served as General Manager for Saudi Arabia at Pfizer Nutrition and held various management roles at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 1986 to 2000.
