Ashok Vardhan

Ashok Vardhan is an accomplished professional in the field of pharmaceuticals with extensive experience in analytics, reporting, and AI innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Oncology Medical Affairs AI Innovation at Pfizer since May 2024, Ashok previously worked as a Partner at Fractal, leading a team to create data-driven solutions. Prior roles at Novartis included Head of Global Analytics/Reporting and Associate Director/Director of Commercial Execution and Analytics, where Ashok implemented a global reporting strategy and produced an industry-leading oncology reporting solution. Ashok has also held key positions at Aspen Pharma Group, ZS Associates, and IBM Global Services, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. Ashok holds a B.Tech (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur.
