Athanasios Giatsos

Athanasios Giatsos is a skilled cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst at Pfizer since January 2022, Athanasios enhances operations and resolves security incidents in collaboration with cybersecurity engineering teams. Previously, Athanasios held roles such as Cyber Security Analyst at Aristotle University IT Center, where responsibilities included managing user accounts, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and being part of the Computer Emergency Response Team AUTH-CERT. Additional experience as a Network Engineer and Technical Support Agent in the Hellenic Army, as well as earlier positions in IT support and network engineering, underpin a strong technical background. Athanasios holds a Master's degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Informatics Engineering from the Technological Educational Institution of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.
