Azadeh Paksa

Azadeh Paksa is a distinguished scientist specializing in molecular discovery and RNA therapeutics, currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Pfizer. With over nine years of experience in cell biology, preclinical pharmacology, and assay development, they have contributed to drug development efforts in various areas, including rare pulmonary diseases at Translate Bio and liver diseases at Alltrna. Azadeh has held postdoctoral positions at esteemed institutions like the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where they identified novel targets related to stem cell differentiation. They earned a Ph.D. in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Muenster and hold a Master's degree from Georg August University of Göttingen.
