Bailey Smith

Bailey Smith, MBA, is currently a Principal Process Engineer at Pfizer, where they have also held the position of Senior Associate Process Engineer in 2023. Previously, they worked at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies from 2019 to 2021, serving as a Process Engineer I and then as a Commercial Process Engineer II, along with an Engineering Intern role. Prior to this, Bailey gained experience as a Scan Coordinator at Lowes Foods from 2014 to 2017. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Bioprocessing Science from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. They also earned an Associate of Science from Central Carolina Community College.
