Barbara Elsden

Barbara Elsden is a Global Human Resources Executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. They served as Vice President at Pfizer from 2013 to 2016, where they led HR initiatives across various divisions, including R&D and Oncology. Barbara held progressive HR leadership roles at 3M Health Care from 1987 to 2001, managing HR for the global Pharmaceutical Division. Currently, Barbara is a Vice President at Pfizer, acting as a strategic HR business partner within the Global Product Development team and is a member of its HR Leadership Council. Barbara is pursuing a Post-Grad Diploma in Personnel Management at The Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as an MBA from The Open University, alongside a BA in English Literature and Linguistics from Loughborough University.
