Bart Vanderfeesten

Bart Vanderfeesten is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and engineering within the pharmaceutical and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Lab Operations and Packaging at Pfizer, Bart oversees a team of 130 FTEs in packaging and medical device-combination product assembly. Bart is also a co-founder of DRUPP vzw, an organization aimed at addressing period poverty among school-aged children. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at ExxonMobil, where Bart led operations for specialty fluids and managed projects, focusing on safety and efficiency. Bart holds a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering from KU Leuven and an upcoming Advanced Leadership Programme certification from Antwerp Management School.
