Becky Thompson is the Director of Kalamazoo Launch Excellence & Strategy at Pfizer, where they lead a diverse manufacturing site. Previously, they held roles at Kellogg Company, overseeing multiple high-profile product launches and advancing innovation strategies. With a foundation in biochemistry and food engineering from Purdue University, Becky has also served as a consultant, enhancing global processes for a major client and updating organizational structures at McKinney Farms, Inc. They are currently a board member at Southwest Michigan First.
