Ben Brackbill

Ben Brackbill is currently the Director - Reporting and Analytics Lead at Pfizer, where they oversee data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. They previously held various roles at Pfizer, including Senior Manager - Data Architect and Analyst, and Manager of Service Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement. Prior to their time at Pfizer, Ben worked at Computer Aid, Inc. as a Service Delivery Leader, managing a team of Help Desk analysts and enhancing operational efficiency. Ben holds a BS in English Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and is certified in Lean Six Sigma as a Black Belt and Green Belt, as well as ITIL v3 and KCS v3 Knowledge Management.
