Beth Begier

Beth Begier is a highly experienced public health professional with extensive expertise in epidemiology and vaccine development. Currently serving as Senior Director in Global Medical Affairs at Pfizer, Beth has held various leadership roles focused on scientific affairs for vaccines, particularly in adult RSV, pneumococcal and Lyme diseases. Previous experience includes positions as Director of Epidemiology at Novartis and Assistant Commissioner at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Additionally, Beth has contributed to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer and worked with the FDA on vaccine safety surveillance. Educational credentials include degrees in Medicine and Public Health from recognized institutions, complemented by a residency in Preventive Medicine.
