Brett Allen

Brett Allen is a Senior Manager in the Enterprise Historian Program at Pfizer as of 2025, focusing on delivering innovative solutions at the intersection of technology, people, and value. With a background in Operations Management, Process and Production Engineering, and Data Analytics, Brett has effectively managed significant capital projects and led continuous improvement initiatives at The Mosaic Company from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that role, Brett served as the English Department Administrator at Excellence International Institute, where curriculum development and performance evaluations were key responsibilities. Brett is currently pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University and Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
