Brian Masterson is currently the Portfolio Strategy & Design Lead for mRNA/Vaccines at Pfizer, where they have contributed to innovative health initiatives since 2020. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Pfizer, including Snr Director Global External Supply and Product Portfolio Lead for Rare Disease & Vaccines, demonstrating extensive expertise in biotech operations. Brian also served as Snr Director of the Parenterals Manufacturing Unit at Organon from 2003 to 2007. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Microbiology from University College Dublin and an MBA in Business from Dublin City University.
