With extensive experience in medication therapy management, Carmen has previously served as a Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner in Ambulatory Care, providing direct patient care and collaborating across various medical specialties. Carmen's background includes a pharmacy internship at Walmart Health & Wellness and a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they significantly contributed to patient care and pharmacy education.
