Caroline Macklin

Caroline Macklin is a motivated sustainability professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) across various sectors, including capital projects and environmental compliance. They are currently the EHS Lead at Pfizer's Gene Therapy manufacturing facility, where they oversee sustainability programs aimed at achieving Net Zero by 2040. Previously, Caroline held multiple roles at Pfizer, contributing to health and safety initiatives and serving as a Business Operations Manager in a manufacturing context. Caroline began their academic journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a research assistant role at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.
