Cathy McGuinness is the Head of Clinical Supply Informatics & Technology at Pfizer, where they lead a global Digital Clinical Supply Chain organization focused on the development and support of clinical supply systems. Cathy previously held several leadership roles at Pfizer, including Senior Director of Commercial Product Sourcing and Business Development, where they enhanced the organization’s capacity for rapid business development and clinical trial supply solutions. Earlier in their career, Cathy worked as a Project Manager at Quest Diagnostics and as Supply Chain Management Group Leader at Pfizer Global R&D. Cathy holds a Master’s in Clinical Medicine, Biomedical Science from Queen's University Belfast and is currently enrolled in the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
