Chayan Bhadury

Chayan Bhadury is a seasoned professional in the fields of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) with significant experience spanning over a decade. At Cognizant from December 2015 to July 2022, Chayan served as an AR/VR 3D Technical Designer focusing on Smart Factory Industry X.0 Projects, where responsibilities included designing XR development pipelines and developing rapid prototypes. Prior to that, an academic career included positions as an Assistant Professor of Animation at St. Xavier's College and as an Academic at Arena Multimedia. After a brief stint as a Technical Product Manager for XR at IBM, Chayan currently holds the position of Manager for Smart Factory Technology and VR-Digital Twin Product Owner at Pfizer. Notable achievements include optimizing training efficiency, resulting in significant cost savings, and enhancing operational workflows with innovative VR solutions.
