Chris Bilinski has a diverse background in operations and management, beginning a career at AFG Industries from November 2003 to August 2005, where roles included Shift Superintendent, Technical Manager, Automation Project Manager, and Production Supervisor. From May 2007 to November 2015, Chris held various positions at Polysciences, Inc., ultimately serving as the Senior Manager of Contract Manufacturing Operations. Chris also held roles as Contract Manufacturing & Packaging Manager, Manager of Contract Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Manager of Supply Chain/Master Production Planner, and Continuous Improvement Manager during this time. Currently, since January 2022, Chris is the Operational Strategy Lead at Pfizer. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Systems Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
