Vice President, Breast Cancer Therapeutic Area Development Head at Pfizer

Christina Derleth has extensive work experience in the field of clinical development and medicine. Christina is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Development at Pfizer, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Seagen, where they worked as the Vice President of Clinical Development from March 2023 to January 2024. Christina also served as the Executive Medical Director and Global Development Lead for Enfortumab Vedotin (PADCEV) from April 2021 to March 2023, and as a Senior Medical Director from December 2019 to April 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Medical Director of Clinical Research from April 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Seagen, Derleth worked at Genentech as an Associate Medical Director of Product Development from May 2015 to March 2018. Christina Derleth has a Bachelor's Degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Christina then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Washington - School of Medicine, completing their degree from 2000 to 2004. Later, they obtained a Master's Degree in Master of Science in Clinical Investigation from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, studying from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Christina Derleth has certifications in Hematology and Medical Oncology from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
