Ciara McDermott

Ciara McDermott is currently an Operations Support Specialist at Pfizer Grange Castle, where they focus on continuous improvements and quality systems within a Small Scale Flexibility facility. They have previous experience as an Antibody Drug Conjugation Senior Process Scientist, Technical Services, and have contributed to the manufacturing environment through managing supplier complaints and authoring standard operating procedures. Ciara completed their Master of Engineering Science in Biopharmaceutical Engineering at University College Dublin and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Genetics from Trinity College Dublin. They have also participated in summer research internships at Cornell University and University College Dublin, gaining valuable laboratory skills and experiences.
