Cindy Osborn

Cindy Osborn is the Director of Regulatory Affairs (CMC) at Pfizer, where they currently lead regulatory efforts in the biotechnology sector. Previously, they worked at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, reviewing drug applications for the Office of Biotechnology Products and the Office of Tissues and Advanced Therapies. Cindy held roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher at AstraZeneca and as a Research Assistant at Rockefeller University, contributing to significant advancements in cardiac regeneration and miRNA research. They earned a Ph.D. in Biology from Johns Hopkins University, where their doctoral research focused on stem cell biology.
