Craig Hardy

Craig Hardy has over 20 years of leadership experience in both military and corporate environments. From August 1982 to October 2002, Craig served as a Supervisor and Leader with the US Navy, where responsibilities included overseeing the Engineering Department of over 70 personnel in the operation of nuclear submarine engineering plants. Following the military, Craig worked at Pfizer from April 2017 to January 2021, taking on roles such as Maintenance Manager, Integrated Facilities Management Lead, and Manufacturing Process Engineer, specializing in conjugation manufacturing and providing technical guidance across various departments. Additionally, as Senior Supervisor of Production, Craig led staff to meet production targets while ensuring quality, compliance, and cost standards. Craig holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
