Crystal Smethurst

Crystal Smethurst has substantial experience in operational excellence and strategy within the pharmaceutical and consulting sectors. They served as an Associate Director at Kolltan Pharmaceuticals, where they held various roles, and later worked as a Capital Campaign Consultant for the Greater Yellowstone Coalition. Currently, Crystal is a Senior Manager in PGS Operational Excellence at Pfizer and has co-founded a CrossFit gym. They hold a BS in Organizational Communication and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
