Dalida Balta

Dalida Balta currently serves as the Head of Quality Control at Pfizer, a role held since February 2021, where responsibilities include developing QC organizational structures, updating business plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to Pfizer, Dalida held the position of Head of Pilot Plant Ibex at Lonza from February 2019 to January 2021, focusing on leading mammalian cell culture process development activities. Dalida's career includes a significant tenure at Shire as the Head of High-Through-Put/Analytical Development and Sr. Manager of Analytical Services, where strategic oversight and leadership in analytical development were essential.
