Dan Uccello

Dan Uccello is a chemist with extensive experience in synthetic organic chemistry, particularly in drug discovery and analytical chemistry. Uccello's career began at Valspar from May 1997 to April 2002 as a Scientist focused on polymer chemistry for protective coatings. Subsequently, Uccello worked at Neurogen Corporation from March 2003 to February 2007 as a Senior Associate Scientist, contributing to drug discovery. A brief role as a Gratis Research Scientist at the University of Connecticut followed in early 2007, emphasizing lithium-halogen exchange studies. From June 2007 to March 2024, Uccello held positions at Pfizer, including Synthesis - WWMC and Research Associate, focusing on drug discovery and analytical chemistry for active pharmaceutical ingredients.
