Dan Weeks

Dan Weeks is currently the Director of Biopharma Operations at Pfizer, where they leverage over fifteen years of experience in Global Commercial Operations. Previously, Dan held the role of Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations at Pfizer from 2003 to 2019, leading strategic initiatives that enhanced sales force performance and resource management. Prior to joining Pfizer, Dan worked as a Compensation Consultant for the City of Ann Arbor and Henry Ford Health System, providing expertise in compensation programs and human resources. Dan holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University of Michigan.
