Danielle McVey is currently the Director of Regulatory Innovation Culture Strategy & Enablement at Pfizer UK, where they focus on fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. With a strong foundation in people management, Danielle began their career as a Branch Manager at Thomas Cook, achieving recognition as 'Top Manager' of the year. They later transitioned into the pharmaceutical regulatory field as a Regulatory Submission Specialist, quickly advancing to Team Manager and then into strategic roles emphasizing Program & Change Management. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Leisure and Tourism Management from London Metropolitan University.
