Dave Binder is the current VP of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Pfizer. Dave has over 20 years of experience in HR and management, having worked previously as an Executive Director of Talent Management at Morgan Stanley and a Vice President of HR Development at JP Morgan Chase. Dave has been instrumental in facilitating successful outcomes for several challenging and high profile merger integration efforts. Dave is a senior management development consultant and has a passion for organizational development and employee learning.

Dave Binder has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University. Dave also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
