David Diaz

David Diaz has extensive experience in engineering and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical industry, notably at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. David's roles have ranged from Senior Project Engineer to Operational Excellence Lead, where key achievements include leading cost-saving Kaizen activities, training colleagues in Total Quality Management, and implementing Integrated Manufacturing Excellence processes. David has also played a pivotal role in product transfers and equipment optimization, contributing to significant improvements in employee engagement and safety compliance. An alumnus of the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, David holds degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Management Information Systems.
