David Gold is currently serving as the Specialty Care Medical Content Lead in Rare Cardiology at Pfizer, where they focus on Global and US Medical Affairs. Previously, David worked as a Medical Science Liaison at Pfizer Canada Inc. from 2005 to 2016 and later took on the role of Global Content Director from 2022 to 2024. They have held various roles including Medical Advisor and Global Medical Director in Rheumatology. David is also pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience at the Université de Montréal.
