David Platt

David Platt, PharmD, is a retired professional with a distinguished career in medical affairs and clinical pharmacy practice. They served as a Medical Liaison at Parke-Davis before taking on various senior roles at Pfizer from 2000 to 2021, including Sr. Director of Medical Affairs. David also held positions at Hartford Hospital where they contributed as a Clinical Pharmacist and Assistant Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services. They began their academic career as an Assistant Professor at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and have been involved in pharmacy education throughout their career. David obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific and completed a Clinical Pharmacy Fellowship at the University of Connecticut.
