Debra Cintron

Debra Cintron is a dedicated professional at Pfizer with four decades of experience in oncology drug development, strategic planning, and analytics. They advanced from a summer intern to a strategic leader, integrating scientific rigor and operational strategy throughout their career. Debra began their journey in toxicology under GLP standards and honed their skills while serving as a medic in the Army during the Gulf War. Currently, they focus on transforming complex data into actionable intelligence that supports decision-making in drug development. Debra holds a BS in Veterinary Pathology and Pathobiology from The University of Connecticut.
