Devin Middleton

Devin Middleton is the Director of Vaccines External Communications at Pfizer, a position they have held since 2025. Devin began their career in communications with internships at Allianz Worldwide Partners and Medical Dynamics in 2013, before moving on to various roles at GCI Health. They advanced their expertise at Edelman from 2016 to 2017 and later held a series of positions at Ogilvy, culminating in the role of Account Director. Devin earned a B.S. in Public Relations with a Business Minor from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2014.
