Dhananjay Kelkar

Dhananjay Kelkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Insights and Innovation Lead at Pfizer since October 2018, Dhananjay has been instrumental in transforming corporate functions and enabling finance through the development of the DaViD and Boardroom Platforms, which facilitate key performance indicator assessments for executives. Prior to Pfizer, Dhananjay held various leadership roles at Cognizant for over a decade, including Global Markets Leader in the Adaptive Data Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed program leadership and management of global teams exceeding 300 members. Dhananjay's earlier career includes notable positions as Project Manager at KPIT, where recognition included the Star of the Business Unit Award, as well as roles at Sify Technologies, IL&FS Financial Services, Sansui Infotech, and Deepak Fertilisers. Dhananjay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
