Didier Périlleux

Didier Périlleux, MSc, ACC has 30 years of senior leadership experience in various corporate roles across multiple cultures and continents. Didier started their career at Lundbeck as a medical representative and later held roles as a field sales manager and business support manager. Didier then worked for Aventis Pharma Belgium as a product manager and business unit manager. Didier joined Servier as the deputy regional operations manager before becoming the general manager for Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, and Morocco.

In 2013, Didier joined Pfizer, where they held various roles including senior director of EURIT established products, global therapeutic area lead for cardiovascular and metabolic, head of strategy and business development for Pfizer China, and chief marketing officer for Pfizer Essential Health in China. Didier also served as the vice president of launch brands lead for hospital and vice president of hospital global marketing lead for specialty care at Pfizer.

In 2018, Didier started their own company, Didier Perilleux L.L.C., where they work as a certified executive, career, and intercultural coach. Didier specializes in career coaching, expatriate coaching, and personal growth and development.

Additionally, Didier is currently an associate coach at BetterUp and a coach at Thrive Partners.

Didier Périlleux obtained their M.Sc. in Chemistry from the Université catholique de Louvain from 1985 to 1991. Prior to this, they completed their College degree in Math-Sciences at College Notre Dame de Basse-Wavre from 1980 to 1985. In terms of additional certifications, they became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in June 2020. Furthermore, they have obtained various other certifications including Maslow's Executive Culture Coaching Program© from the Maslow Research Center in 2023, a Culture Levers certificate from Maslow Leadership in 2023, Lumina Spark from Lumina Learning in 2023, and Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in 2020. Didier also holds other certifications such as DISC Practitioner Certification from Assessments 24x7 in 2020, Professional Executive Life Coach and Certified Associate Executive Life Coach from Coach Training EDU in 2020 and 2019 respectively, Character Strengths Interventions from MentorCoach in 2018, and Foundations of Positive Psychology Specialization from Coursera in 2018.
