Ebony Arrington

Ebony Arrington currently serves as a Senior Manager of Production Operations at Pfizer's Sanford, NC facility, leading a 24/7 team of approximately 80 colleagues focused on vaccine manufacturing. Previously, they held the position of Central Support Manager within production operations and were responsible for cell banking operations, investigations, and training. Their extensive background includes roles as a Quality Manufacturing Scientist, where they led the Cell Bank Operations team, and as a Quality Control Scientist in various capacities, including method transfer and validation. Ebony has also presented at multiple prestigious microbiology conferences and holds a BS in Biology with a concentration in Genetics from Duke University and an MS in Clinical Research from Campbell University.
