Edyta Samson is a results-oriented leader with over 17 years of experience in operational excellence and business transformation within the pharmaceutical and food industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Pfizer, Edyta oversees the implementation of the IMEx Program and the continuous improvement of operational capabilities across plant networks. Previous roles include positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where Edyta managed strategic projects, built talent pools, and drove significant productivity improvements. Edyta earned both an M.Sc. and a PhD in Food Technology from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
