Emily De Lay

Emily De Lay, MPH, is a pharmaceutical leader with over 12 years of experience in developing breakthrough therapies for rare conditions. They currently serve as the Director and Global Regulatory Lead at Pfizer, focusing on the sickle cell disease franchise and managing a team of 30+ professionals. Previously, Emily held various regulatory roles at Pfizer and Novo Nordisk, contributing to significant global drug approvals and acquisitions. With a Master of Public Health from The University of Manchester, Emily is dedicated to promoting global health equity and has participated in initiatives such as Pfizer’s ‘Accord for Healthier World.’
