Eric Aaronson

Eric Aaronson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience at Pfizer since October 2000, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Counsel. In this role, Eric oversees the legal aspects of Pfizer’s commercial businesses, managing teams focused on Oncology, Privacy, Policy, Digital Implementation, and Pricing and Access. Previous positions held by Eric at Pfizer include Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property, as well as key roles within the Essential Health and Global Innovative Pharma divisions, where responsibilities included advising executive leadership on compliance, litigation, and strategic decisions. Prior to joining Pfizer, Eric worked in litigation at Kaye Scholer LLP. Eric holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA with Honors from Binghamton University.
