Eric Lyons has extensive experience in fire and emergency services, serving in various roles at the City of Waukegan from February 2007 to March 2018, including Bomb Technician, Battalion Chief/Director of EMS, and Fire Chief, among others. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Planner Technician for Lake County's Economic Development Commission and as a Research Economist I for the Illinois Department of Employment Security. Currently, Eric is the Fire Chief at Pfizer, a position held since September 2019. Educational achievements include a Master of Science degree from Southern Illinois University, along with two Bachelor of Science degrees from Illinois State University.
