Eric Mgendi is a communications expert with over a decade of experience in issue-based communication campaigns and advocacy at both national and international levels in Africa. They have held significant roles at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where they progressed from Snr. Regional Communications Officer to Director of Communications & Media. Earlier in their career, they served as the International Communications Coordinator for ActionAid before joining Pfizer as the Director of External Communications for Accord for a Healthier World in 2023. Additionally, Eric managed communications for ActionAid Kenya from 2000 to 2006.
