Eric Utt holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Florida. Eric's postdoctoral work at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention focused on molecular pathogenesis, and they have held various roles at Pfizer since 1993, currently serving as the Medical Engagement and Microbiology Lead for Antifungals. Throughout their career, Eric has provided consultation on biological terrorism preparedness and advised on microbiological issues related to bioweapons and biological terrorism.
