Eric Watters

Eric Watters has over 30 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and compliance management. Currently serving as Director and EHS Lead at Pfizer since April 2008, Watters oversees EHS, Import/Export, and GxP Validation & Compliance programs across Pfizer's Connecticut facilities, which encompass over 2.5 million square feet and employ more than 5,000 individuals. Previous roles at Pfizer include Senior Manager positions in EHS and Environmental Program Lead, where responsibilities included managing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for various environmental aspects. Prior to Pfizer, Watters held managerial roles at GeoInsight, Marin Environmental, and Chromalloy. Watters holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Material Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
