Erika Roberts

Erika Roberts is currently a Director Clinician (non-MD) in the Early Clinical Development group at Pfizer, specializing in interventional study protocol development and execution for various therapeutic areas, including Inflammation & Immunology, Rare Disease, and Hematology. They have extensive experience leading the design and execution of clinical studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering strong partnerships across the organization. Erika previously worked at the Hospital for Special Surgery as a Research Assistant, where they conducted experiments in molecular rheumatology, and held various roles at Pfizer contributing to clinical sciences. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology Pre-Med from Fordham University and certifications in Pharmacology and Clinical Research.
