Fandi Akhmad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Pfizer, spanning various leadership roles since February 2005. Initially serving as Director of Business Technology for HR and Corporate Functions, Fandi partnered with HR leadership to integrate global technology solutions with enterprise needs. In subsequent positions, Fandi led transformation efforts to adopt Agile principles across the organization, emphasizing coaching and team establishment. As Global Head of Architecture Engineering and Development for Digital Solutions and Emerging Technologies, Fandi managed a diverse team focused on DevSecOps for multiple platforms. Currently, Fandi holds the position of Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture, continuing to promote Agile methodologies and drive innovation within the company. Fandi is an alumnus of NYU Stern School of Business.
